Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said he will not be using the ‘zero traffic’ facility during his official travels. He made the announcement on Sunday, just a day after taking his oath of office as Chief Minister.
Siddaramaiah took to Twitter to make the announcement.
“I have informed the Bangaluru City Police Commissioner to withdraw the zero traffic facility given to my vehicle. I have taken this decision after finding that the traffic congestion on the road is causing inconvenience to the public due to zero traffic,” he wrote.
