Moodbidre: Although the work on the collapse drain at Yedapadavu market along NH 169 has been completed, another three days are required for its curing process and hence, the ban on vehicular movement along the stretch has been extended to August 24th.
Meanwhile, vehicles travelling towards Moodbidri from Mangaluru will have to take an alternative route near Ballal tiles industry located before Yedapadavu and proceed to their destination via Manjanakatte – Daddi – Mijaru – Dhumachadavu. Vehicles proceeding towards Mangaluru will have to travel via the same route as well, informed national highway assistant engineer Murugesh on Wednesday night.
