Yelburga: KSRTC bus topples

Koppal: A Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation bus toppled near Kempukere at Yelburga taluk on Friday, June 19.

More than 10 passengers on the bus sustained injuries and were taken to a local hospital.

The bus which was on its way from Koppal to Gajendragarh via Yelburga. It was reported that the bus driver lost control of the bus causing it to topple.

About 20 people were travelling in the bus. Locals allege that the incident occurred as there is no barrier around the lake and demanded a barrier to be built as soon as possible.

Yelburga police personnel and other officers arrived at the incident scene.
