Youth arrested for posting derogatory statements and threats to eliminate PM Modi

Kasargod: A youth was arrested for making a call threat call via whatsapp for eliminating PM Narendra Modi.

The accused has been identified as Shahul Hameed (18), from Ambalakal Veettil, Perumanna, Kozhikode.

A new group has been formed named ‘Voice of Youth’. Hameed had sent a message on April 22, for eliminating PM Modi.

A police team led by DSP, Perinthalamanna, M P Mohan Chandran, with help from cyber cell cops, conducted in-depth investigation into the incident and found that the said message was sent by Shahul Hameed. The police are now looking into whether he belongs to any organization.
