Youth attacked at Kalladka

Bantwal: Youth was attacked at Kalladka near here on Tuesday. The victim sustained severe injuries and has been admitted to a private hospital here.

The victim has been identified as Keshava (33) one of the accused in the murder of Karopadi gram Panchayat vice-president Abdul Jaleel.

Jaleel was brutally murdered by motorbike-borne, masked assailants on April 20, 2017.

The attack on Keshava took place near a bar at Kalladka when he was sitting on his scooter waiting for his friend.

Keshava was out on bail since a month. 

DK police superitendant Sudhir Kumar Reddy said, four teams have been formed to nab the miscreants.
