The man has been identified as Mohammad Farhan Ansari (25) resident of Hongasandra has been admitted in the Intensive Care Unit of St. John’s Hospital here.
Farhan’s brother has lodged a complaint against the giant wheel owner and its operator for not taking care of the safety measures.
“We have registered a case and have picked up four men whom we found culpable of negligence. We are investigating how the victim fell off the giant wheel,” a senior police officer told.
