Chamarajanagar: A man was arrested in Kollegala here for indecently exposing his private parts to a mother-daughter duo in a public place.
The arrested youth has been identified as Rakshith (28) of Hosa Malangi village, police said.
The minor girl and her mother were walking beside a road when the accused suddenly stripped himself and flashed his privates at them, the complaint by the victims alleges.
Police said that the accused had pestered the girl earlier also. A POSCO case is pending against him, they added.
Meanwhile, the Mamballi police have registered a case against the youth. The accused has been sent to judicial custody.
