ಹೊಸದಿಲ್ಲಿ: ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಯಕ, ಪಕ್ಷದ ಟ್ರಬಲ್ ಶೂಟರ್ ಎಂದೇ ಹೆಸರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅಹಮದ್ ಪಟೇಲ್ ಇಂದು ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ನಿಧನರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪಾಸಿಟಿವ್ ಕಾರಣ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದ ಅಹಮದ್ ಪಟೇಲ್ ಬಹುಅಂಗಾಂಗ ವೈಫಲ್ಯದಿಂದ ಇಂದು ಮುಂಜಾನೆ 3.30ರ ಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಧನರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪಾಸಿಟವ್ ಆದ ಕಾರಣ ತಿಂಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೊಸದಿಲ್ಲಿಯ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ನಂತರ ಪಟೇಲ್ ಅವರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೀಣಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಬಹುಅಂಗಾಂಗ ವೈಫಲ್ಯದಿಂದ ಇಂದು ಮುಂಜಾನೆ 3.30ರ ಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ಕೊನೆಯುಸಿರೆಳೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಅಹಮದ್ ಪಟೇಲ್ ಪುತ್ರ ಫೈಸಲ್ ಪಟೇಲ್ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಹಿರಿಯ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಯ ನಿಧನಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ರಾಮನಾಥ್ ಕೋವಿಂದ್, ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರಾದ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ, ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿ ಎಸ್ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಸಂತಾಪ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
